Important: All refunds are processed manually and may take up to 3-5 business days to complete.
1. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- The item was not delivered to your account within 24 hours of purchase
- The item received was different from what was ordered
- The item was not as described on our website
2. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to refunds@mm2.lol with the subject "Refund Request - [Your Order Number]"
- Include your Roblox username and the reason for the refund request
- Our support team will review your request within 24-48 hours
- If approved, you will need to trade the item back to our bot
- Once we receive the item, we will process your refund
3. Refund Amount
All approved refunds will be subject to a 20% service fee. This fee covers:
- Processing costs
- Transaction fees
- Administrative costs
Example: If you purchased an item for €10.00, your refund would be €8.00 (80% of the original price).
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Items that have been used or traded to another account
- Items purchased during special sales or promotions (unless otherwise stated)
- Virtual currency or in-game credits
5. Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Other payment methods: Up to 10 business days
